Mooney Law Expands Office in Shippensburg

Mooney law office

Mooney Law has expanded its Shippensburg office due to client growth in the Shippensburg area.  The office address will remain 34 West King Street; however, the firm has relocated across the hall way to the former office of Bell Insurance.

The new office provides needed additional space for Mooney Law attorneys to meet clients.  The firm has experienced continued and sustained growth in the Franklin and Cumberland county markets and Shippensburg has been a big part of that growth.  The larger, more expanded office deepens Mooney Law’s commitment to the Shippensburg area.   The office is a fully staffed office that operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Mooney Law has local ties to Shippensburg.  Attorney Mark Buterbaugh joined Mooney Law in 2012. He is now one of the firm’s owners and Managing Partners. He will maintain his main office at the Shippensburg location. Attorney Buterbaugh has raised his family and has lived in Shippensburg since 1993. He has served the Shippensburg community in various electoral and volunteer positions. He currently serves as the President of the Shippensburg School Board.

“We have been searching for larger office space and are thankful to be able to stay put at 34 West King Street in downtown Shippensburg while fulfilling our needs for more space. There are times where there is a need for two or three of our attorneys to be at the Shippensburg office at the same time meeting different clients for different legal matters. Prior to this move, that was impossible since there was only one office. Our Shippensburg clientele continues to grow and this was critical for us to help continue to meet the needs.  It also deepens our commitment to my hometown and gives us a much larger and more efficient blueprint.” Attorney Mark Buterbaugh, Managing Partner

The firm also supports various community activities, including annual support for the Shippensburg Little League, the Shippensburg Wrestling Boosters, and the recent purchase of an advertising scoreboard spot for the Shippensburg High School’s new gymnasium scoreboard, which will be installed in March 2022.
