Mooney in the Community: Attorney Buterbaugh elected President of School Board

Attorney Mark Buterbaugh elected President of Shippensburg School Board

Mooney & Associates takes pride in the communities we serve and many of our attorneys and staff give back to our communities in various ways.ย  Attorney Mark A. Buterbaugh, one of the firm’s managing partners, was re-elected last evening as President of the Shippensburg School Board during the School Board’s Reorganization meeting.

Attorney Buterbaugh originally served one four-year term on the Shippensburg School Board from 2000 to 2004. At that time, he did not seek re-election due to attending Law School. In 2013, he decided to once again seek a seat on the School Board and subsequently won election to the Board. Attorney Buterbaugh was re-elected by the voters this past November. He has served as the Board’s President since 2015 and will continue to lead in that capacity.

Attorney Buterbaugh manages the firm’s Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability practices. He has represented hundreds of injured workers and disabled clients and has helped recover millions of dollars in benefits for Mooney & Associates’ clients.
