Appointments and Fees
We are here to serve your legal needs. Our attorneys meet you at a time that is most convenient for you. Meetings can be scheduled at any of the fourteen office locations or at the client’s home, hospital, or other requested locations. Daytime office appointments can be scheduled between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Unlike most other large firms, Mooney Law offers evening and weekend office appointments.

All fees are clearly described to you at your initial consultation. Fees vary depending on whether it is a one-time representation (such as a District Justice Hearing) or an ongoing legal dispute. Fees are based upon the attorney’s hourly rate and preparation time. In cases involving personal injury and wrongful death litigation (including product liability and vehicle accidents and injuries at work), our consultation is free and our fee is contingent upon winning the case for you. Bankruptcy cases may have no fees upfront and consultations for bankruptcy are always free.
