Mooney Law: Your Pennsylvania Disability Law Practice

Mooney Law is expanding their Franklin County presence by opening a new office in downtown Waynesboro.  The new office will be located on the square in the old M & T Bank building at 13 West Main Street.  The office will begin servicing Waynesboro clients on August 1, 2019.

The new Waynesboro location will be available to clients from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.  It is an appointment only office, so new clients can schedule an appointment by calling Mooney Law at 717-200-HELP or 717-263-9215.

Mooney Law offers an expansive Personal Injury practice that includes Workers Compensation, Auto Accidents, Wrongful Death, Social Security Disability, and Long Term Disability Appeals.  The firm also has a long, successful history in providing a broad array of General Practice services, including Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, and an expansive Elder Law practice including Asset Protection.  Finally, the firm offers a full personal and business Bankruptcy practice.  The broad array of legal services allows Mooney Law to provide a one-stop shot for Franklin County residents for various legal needs.

“We are really excited to have found a location in Waynesboro.  Our firm has seen growth in our Waynesboro clientele and this allows us to bring our firm much closer to them, and to future clients in Waynesboro.  The Franklin County market is a really strong market for us.  Our Chambersburg office has been a great success and this new location will help us better serve our clients in southern Franklin County.  We are also expanding legal services in the Northern counties of Maryland and this will help better serve the Hagerstown market.  Overall, it is really just a great fit for us. Waynesboro has been a growing market area for us and we are committed to serving the legal needs of the Waynesboro community.”   Mark A. Buterbaugh, Partner of Mooney Law.
