Attorney Stottlemyer is the firm’s second Super Lawyer and Rising Star selection. Previously, Attorney Mark Buterbaugh, a Partner in the firm, was and is, recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Workers’ Compensation. He fully litigates work injury claims in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Attorney Stottlemyer joined Mooney Law in 2013 and became a part-owner of the firm and Partner in 2019. He was born and raised in Ohio. In 2008, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheeling Jesuit University earning Magna Cum Laude honors. After undergraduate, he earned his Law Degree from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 2011. He lives with his wife and 2 daughters in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Cumberland County Bar Association. Attorney Stottlemyer operates out of Mooney Law’s Carlisle office and manages the Criminal Defense practice.
