Attorney Paul Primrose is originally from Westminster, MD. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Towson University, and attended law school at the Dickinson School of Law, Penn State. Attorney Primrose focuses his practice in Family Law, Criminal Defense, as well as Civil Litigation.
During law school, Attorney Primrose interned with the Attorney General of Maryland, as well as the Public Defender’s Office in Howard County, Maryland. He began his legal career post law school at a large firm based in Baltimore. From there, he was employed by Penn State University working mainly in contractual matters. Attorney Primrose opened a solo practice in Carlisle where he represented clients in matters of Family Law, and Civil Litigation. While in solo practice, he won the 2015 Cumberland County Bar Association Pro Bono Award, was named a 2016 Local Legal Leader in the area of Family Law, by Harrisburg Magazine, and won the Pennsylvania Bar Association Pro Bono Award for 2017. He has been an Assistant District Attorney in the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office, as well as the Franklin County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases from Summary Offenses to Attempted Homicide, and took many cases to trial. Prior to joining Mooney Law, Attorney Primrose was Solicitor for the Franklin County Children and Youth Service. Active in the bar, he has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates, and vice chair of Cumberland County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Committee.
