Attorney James P. Welch is an associate member of the firm of Mooney & Associates, representing individuals, businesses and developers in a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, land development, zoning and related areas. Attorney Welch’s practice also includes representing employees in connection with discrimination, wage/hour issues, retaliation, and other matters. While Attorney Welch is based out of the York office location, he travels to each of our offices to meet with clients concerning real estate and land use matters.
Attorney Welch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in 2009, and his law degree from William & Mary in 2012. Prior to joining Mooney & Associates in January 2018, Attorney Welch worked for a large Pennsylvania law firm representing clients in all areas of land use and development. His experience practicing before municipal boards and commissions provide clients with valuable insight and knowledge when navigating the various approval processes required to legally use and develop property.
Attorney Welch and his family reside in West Manchester Township.
